Boot Camp sessions take place on a Tuesday and Thursday, 7.30 – 8.30pm in the Alrewas Show field.
Available to BOOK now through to Thursday 30th August.
Prices are for one session a week either a Tuesday or Thursday or you can double up and opt for 2 sessions per week.
- 6 Weeks – 6 Sessions £35 or 12 Sessions £55 (STARTING Tuesday 24th July & Thursday 26th July ONLY)

I understand how frustrating it can be. I also know you’re busy and perhaps your own health and well-being isn’t top of the list. You maybe nervous, anxious or afraid at the thought of committing to start a program.
You may think it all sounds a bit too extreme, a bootcamp outside. What if I can’t keep up, will I get muddy, what if I can’t do something, will I be shouted at, will I be humiliated? These are typically the questions I get asked all the time and if you join in with me you will see that there is nothing to fear.
My BOOTCAMP sessions are never the same, they are inclusive to all levels, it’s not a franchise, it’s a program I’ve developed to give you the opportunity to unleash your potential. You’ll be introducing your body to a variety of functional movements in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You’ll work hard but you’ll also laugh and have fun! You’ll be joining women from all walks of life all wanting to better themselves for whatever reason. You won’t be judged, you won’t be shouted at and you won’t feel out of place. You’ll be competing with just yourself each week. You’ll be working on your own goals.
