Sessions will take place on a Tuesday, 7.30 – 8.30pm in Fradley (Statfold Lane Green, WS13 8NY)
The sessions will run for 12 weeks.
Start date Tuesday 14th January – 7th April 2020 (no session Half term Feb 18th)

” We actually laugh exercising! I started these sessions over a year ago with my sister after finding about it on facebook. I watched the videos , what they did and convinced my sister to join me. We started doing just one session a week as we had never done it before and didn’t know what to expect. Emma always encourages and makes you feel comfortable in the group. If you’re feeling a bit low she is always ready to help and advise you. The app is a great way to log all your exercise to see how you are getting stronger. I completed the first course of 12 weeks and won 1st prize for attendance and performance. I amazed myself!! I started to do 2 sessions a week, its great fun, we laugh and look forward to going every week. I also joined the running club and completed the Fradley 10k run!! Without the training and help from Emma Id have never considered it! Thanks Emma for changing my perception of keeping fit!
