Boot Camp sessions take place on a Tuesday and Thursday, 7.30 – 8.30pm at Alrewas Tennis Courts.
The camp runs from Tuesday 11th September – Thursday 6th December
Prices are for one or two sessions a week either a Tuesday or Thursday or you can double up and opt for 2 sessions per week or mix and match

My BOOTCAMP sessions are never the same, they are inclusive to all levels, it’s not a franchise, it’s a program I’ve developed to give you the opportunity to unleash your potential. You’ll be introducing your body to a variety of functional movements in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You’ll work hard but you’ll also laugh and have fun! You’ll be joining women from all walks of life all wanting to better themselves for whatever reason. You won’t be judged, you won’t be shouted at and you won’t feel out of place. You’ll be competing with just yourself each week. You’ll be working on your own goals.
