” I can’t recommend Emma and Fradley Ladies enough. Whatever your ability you will find the club friendly, supportive and full of encouragement and running with such a great groups is a lot of fun. Emma does great beginner courses too if you are just starting out, and this is a great way to get into running and make new friends. I’ve gone from being able to walk/run 5km to completing my first half marathon in just over a year, Thanks to Emma and all the people I’ve met and run with at the club. See you there! “
