This is my Ultimate 12 Week Fat Loss programme which will be personally designed for you. This package is for those of you who are serious about changing your life.
There is no one size fits all solution. We will work together on how best to achieve your goal.
- Three 1-1 Personal Training Sessions per week
These sessions will be designed for you and will be conducted in your home/area or another location (discussed at consultation). Three sessions are suggested initially to assist you with support and regular contact. This will help us to ensure you have time to learn and understand the good practises that can become part of your life.
- Nutritional Analysis
It’s important to understand your current nutritional habits, this gives us an understanding of the best way to move forward.
- Unlimited Contact
You will have access to an on-line application which features a messaging facility where you can keep in touch.
- Weekly Assessments/monitoring/goal setting
We will plan weekly goals for your nutritional habits and time available to exercise to ensure you are progressing and improving. Alterations can be made if needed and flexibility is considered and managed.
- On-line Training Sessions
In addition to the personal sessions you will have access to the on-line application, where if needed extra sessions will be available.
- Nutritional Updates
We will assess what you feel is working within your plan and what doesn’t. We will make sure you are enjoying the foods you’re consuming and that it’s achieving your ultimate goal of fat loss.
Initial Consultation is required where we can meet and discuss all aspects of your weight loss goal.
