Do you need some extra motivation or a kick-start to your health and fitness goals. Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle or do you just want to become more active, fit and healthy.

A choice of one, two or three weekly 1-1 sessions over a chosen period to help you succeed with your goals.

They will be personally designed for you as there is no one size fits all solution so we will work together on how best to achieve your goal.

Sessions will be designed for you and will be conducted in your home/area or another location (discussed at consultation).

Initial Consultation is required where we can meet and discuss all aspects of your goal.
