They will be personally designed for you. There is no one size fits all solution so we will work together on how best to achieve your goal with a choice of Bronze, Silver or Gold.


One, two or three weekly 1-1 Personal Training Session over the period chosen.

Sessions will be designed for you and will be conducted in your home/area or another location (discussed at consultation). These sessions are to assist you with support and weekly face to face contact. This will help us to ensure you have time to learn and understand the good practises that can ultimately become part of your life.

Initial Consultation is required where we can meet and discuss all aspects of your goal.
