From a Dietary Analysis of the foods you’re currently consuming, we will be able to see how your diet currently compares to all the Dietary Reference Values (DRV) for your age and gender.
We will be able to see how your nutrient intake compares to the recommended 100% intakes for nutrients such as and including:
- Total Energy kcal
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin B, etc
I will provide an analysis of where you are gaining your main energy intake kcal from and what foods are contributing to it the most, what % of the recommended Dietary Reference Values for vitamins and minerals you are consuming too.
This will provide a valuable insight into your current diet and provide us with information on how we can make changes if needed to move forward with your goal.
This analysis forms part of my 1-1 packages and can be used as a stand alone session.
