I’m looking for 2-6 ladies local to Fradley, Lichfield who are prepared to join me in starting this program in January 2018.

The 12 Week Semi Private Coaching & Personal Training Program is offered to you at an incredibly low introductory price.

3 instalments or a one off payment (prices available on request)

WHAT YOU GET

  • Two Home Consultations (before you start)
    The first is a chance for you to meet me before we start the programme and to discuss your goals.
    The second is to discuss and assess your current nutritional habits, activity levels and devise a plan.
  • A Professional Nutritional Analysis.
    This is important to understand your nutritional habits, which gives us an understanding of the best way to move forward.
  • Goal Setting/Monitoring/Assessments
    We will plan together goals for your nutritional habits and the activities you enjoy, to ensure you are progressing over the 12 weeks.
  • Two Semi Private Sessions each week (totalling 24 Sessions)
    You will be joining a small exclusive group of women who want to achieve something. It will be a fun and friendly atmosphere where you’ll benefit from exercising together indoors and out.
  • Personalised Plan.
    You will have access to my online app where you can log or input you’re daily activities that we’ve devised together as part of your personalised 12 week plan.
  • Unlimited Contact.
    You will have access to me anytime of the day. If you’re struggling or want to ask a question.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • 24hr Food Diary (for 3 days initially, before you start including a Sat or Sun).
    I require this information so we understand your nutritional habits.
  • 24hr Activity Journal (for 3 days initially, before you start including a Sat or Sun).
    I require this information so we understand your energy requirements.
  • Psychometric Tests Optional and recommended for fat loss (every 4 weeks) 
    This information will be invaluable in gaining an understanding of what it is that will ensure and help you succeed. It’s not as scary as you think and takes the form of a series of questions which are then analysed on your readiness to change, what your barriers are and what works best for you. This is optional but extremely helpful in accessing your true self
