I really hate the cold but I signed up for the winter course this year and was glad I’d been to Bootcamp EVERY time – even if it was raining! I’m the sort of person who would happily sit on my backside rather than exercise but being outside feels so much better/healthier than being in a sweaty gym and the activities are always varied enough to keep things interesting and make the time go quickly.

The ladies are all really encouraging and it doesn’t matter what level of fitness anyone is at. I love that it’s competative without being intimidating. You’re really only competing against yourself but the team races at the end are always fun.

There’s a test at the beginning and end so that you can track progress against your own results and the feeling of pride in your own improvement is great.

I went along after a recommendation and have told everyone who’ll listen about it since.
